Flood fail: Mercedes-Benz driven into flood waters

During a massive rainstorm, a genius behind the wheel of a late model Mercedes-Benz C-Class thought since his car has every other option on the planet, maybe it comes with a "float" button. Unlike James Bond, this expensive German car can't float. Within a few seconds of plummeting into the water like a duck from the Wisconsin Dells, the C-Class deploys its "accident" mode and fires off the hazard lights. Sometimes you just have to sit back and wonder, "WTF were they thinking?"

This isn't the first time a German sedan has been tempted by flood waters, and it surely won't be the last. Previously covered, a BMW 3-Series failure of flooded thinking thought he could make it across what looks to be a mini-Mississippi. Do these people not understand that water is one of the strongest forces on earth? It powers Las Vegas, destroys cities, and eroded the Grand Canyon. What do you think is going to happen when you drive your car into it? If anyone deserves the stamp of "FAIL", it's the brilliant car owners like what we see here.
