Milestone years can be great, or sad, depending on your point of view. In Flogging Molly’s case it is most certainly a good thing to reflect on.

The Celtic punk band has embarked on their 10th Green 17 Tour, and they are slated to perform at The Pageant on Tuesday, March 11.

The highly successful Green 17 Tour has been an annual pilgrimage for many of the band’s fans.

This year, however, marks their final Green 17 Tour. But they are not done touring or recording, not by a long shot. It just means a new chapter will emerge. The band will head into the studio after the tour ends to start recording their 6th studio album, which will be released in early 2015, to follow up on their 2011 critically acclaimed “Speed of Darkness” CD.

A few tickets still remain for the March 11 show. Get them while you can, and be a part of the final Green 17 Tour as it usually sells out. You will not be disappointed.

The Drowning Men are scheduled to open the show.
