Flicks Facts:

-The iconic red stapler didn’t exist prior to production of the movie. Swingline, the company behind the stapler used initially turned down Judge’s offer to a part of the film, but soon saw the benefit of the partnership.

-The set for “T.G.I. Friday’s” knock-off, Chotchkies is actually "The Alligator Grille" restaurant in Austin, Texas. Sadly, it closed in 2009.

- Mike Judge has a cameo in the movie as Jennifer Aniston’s boss at Chotchkies.
