There are odd couple comedies and their odd couple dramas...“Guarding Tess,” was both and this week it celebrates its 20th anniversary. The film starred (a then very in demand) Nicolas Cage and screen legend Shirley MacLaine and turned a small profit while taking the “buddy” concept to a brand new level.
