This August, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is making summer evenings something to celebrate with their Summer Prix Fixe Menu curated by Chef Partner Brandon Powell at the Beverly Hills location. From now until August 31st, guests can enjoy a three-course dinner for $45 and relish plates like Fleming’s Salad with candied walnuts, dried cranberries, tomatoes, onions, herbed crostini, Barbecue Scottish Salmon Fillet with mushroom salad, and a barbecue glaze, and Double Breast of Chicken slow roasted with white wine, mushroom, leek and thyme sauce.
