See also

The National Weather Service at Baltimore/Washington has issued a Flash Flood Watch for the immediate downtown and suburban areas of Baltimore and Washington on Friday, June 13. Recent heavy rains have left the ground saturated in central Maryland. Meanwhile, more showers and thunderstorms with potentially heavy rain will impact the area Friday afternoon and evening. Localized flooding is likely, particularly in areas that have already been impacted by flooding in recent days. See the text of the Flash Flood Watch below. Fortunately, a cooler and drier air mass will overspread the Middle Atlantic states over the weekend with no precipitation expected.
