On April 3, 2013, Executive Chef/Owner, Mark Monette, will prepare a four-course dinner featuring Ramey Wine Cellars' selections. The menu looks divine:

Pan seared diver scallop with fennel and watermelon radish paired with the 2009 Ramey Sonoma Coast Chardonnay

Florida genuine red snapper, potato gnocchi, chardonnay cream paired with 2009 Ramey Hyde Vineyard Chardonnay

Vintage ribeye cap, french green lentils, house smoked lardons paired with 2009 Ramey Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
