Flagler Sheriff’s Detectives investigate Palm Coast shooting Sunday

One man was shot at a Palm Coast party early Sunday morning, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff’s spokesperson Lt. Bob Weber says deputies were called to 25A Pine Hill Lane shortly before 3 a.m. Sunday, after receiving reports of the shooting. The Sheriff’s Office says around 100 people were at a birthday party at the residence, when a 19-year old man was shot in the face outside the home. The teenager was treated and later released at Florida Hospital Flagler. Sheriff’s Office investigators have interviewed witnesses at the scene, but are also interested in speaking with anyone else with information about the case. Flagler County Sheriff James L. Manfre noted in a news release, “This was a reckless act of violence which endangered the lives of many.”

Anyone with information that would assist investigators can contact Flagler Sheriff’s Detective Annie Conrad at 386-586-4844 or Crime Stoppers at 1-888-277-TIPS (8477). The Sheriff’s Office says you can remain anonymous and could be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
