Warner Bros in a post on its forums website apologized for the game-breaking bugs, saying that they’re working around the clock to “review, validate and pinpoint” any problems that have negatively affected the gaming experience.
“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you all for your patience as we work to resolve the issues,” Warner Bros said.
They will be tackling a list of already identified issues, for which Warner Bros says they will have a fix for within the next week.
The issues include players falling out of the world or falling infinitely, being unable to continue a story, and the FreeFlow Focus mode not unlocking when reaching the “Shadow Vigilante” rank 3.
Those are just the problems that apply to all platforms. Issues specific to the Xbox 360 include crashing and freezing issues and corrupted saves.
Fixes for the PC have already gone out.
Warner Bros said they can understand the frustration with the bugs but said for gamers to continue to report errors on forums as they’ll continue to monitor feedback.
“We know that some of you have experienced frustration when posting on these forums, thinking your posts get lost or ignored and that no one from the team reads them. We can promise you that your posts are being read,” Warner Bros said.
