He and his wife, Gerry Sayers, former catering director at the Pan Pacific Hotel, have created a stunning venue with cuisine to match the jaw dropping vistas that the restaurant affords.

It is rare to find a view restaurant whose food successfully competes, and at times, overshadows the vistas, but Five Sails does so with ease and panache.

You will be warmly and professionally escorted to your table with ample space between diners to afford private conversation and unobstructed view access. While perusing the menu, an ample amuse bouche will tease your palate.

The generously portioned plates are artistically presented, showcasing the chef’s personal spin on the classics of his European culinary training. Each item displays finesse and excellent execution with a light yet full flavor profile perfect to highlight the best of western Canadian ingredients.
