Five Nora Roberts events scheduled for October 2009

October 2009  has arrived, and with it comes several events of interest to fans of Nora Roberts. They will especially want to remember the dates October 17, 21, 27, and 28 for each marks an occurrence they have been waiting for.

Lifetime Movie Network audiences will note that Roberts' 2001 CBS television movie, Sanctuary, will be shown on the Lifetime Network on October 13 at 10:00 p.m. (ET). Update: Lifetime has recently removed this broadcast from its October viewing schedule.

Four days later on October 17, they can see a rebroadcast of her 2007 Lifetime Movie Network presentation, Angels Fall, at 8:00 p.m. (ET). This broadcast will be followed on October 21 at 10 p.m. (ET) by another of the 2007 Nora Roberts films, Montana Sky. High Noon, from the 2009 Nora Roberts collection, can be seen on October 28 at 6:00 p.m.(ET).

Two of Roberts' books will also be released in October. Bed of Roses, Roberts' eagerly awaited addition to her Bride Quartet, will appear in bookstores on October 27. On that same date Harlequin will issue Western Skies, its omnibus reprint edition of her Silhouette romances Song Of The West (1982) and Boundary Lines (1985).
