Five Lewisville ISD cheerleaders accused of using illegal drugs at a private camp they were working at last week will be suspended for three events.
The students are from Lewisville and Marcus high schools.
Dallas News is reporting that the company that runs the camp, Excite! Gym & Cheer, said a total of seven All-Star Cheer members admitted using drugs there, and Permetti has said students from another district were also involved.
Rumors from parents say the cheerleaders were using "ecstasy."
