The Pfister Hotel is a historical landmark, it was built in 1893. The hotel had been called the, "Grand Hotel of the West," because of it's budget of 1 million dollars. Anyway, many professional baseball and basketball teams stay there whenever they are in town and the guests have reported seeing apparitions of an elderly gentleman and have heard ghostly pounding noises.
At the Retlaw Plaza Hotel many reports say Walter Shroeder, the man responsible for building the hotel is haunting the place. In Room 717, there have bee reports of guests and workers who have heard screaming from the room. Guests who have stayed in the room have had their hair pulled and the TV channels turned by themselves. Other places in the hotel have had reports of an red-headed ghostly woman and unexplained humming noises.
At The American Club there are reports that the whole East Wing is haunted, its the oldest part of the hotel. A woman in a blue hat is said to haunt room 209. Lights turn on by themselves and a man is said to haunt the halls.
The hotel's builder, Adam Bobel has been spotted by many workers and guests. There have been reports of other worldly figures roaming the halls such as a man and woman, who are dressed in period clothing. Also in the hotel, doors like to open and close by themselves.
According to the online site Shadowslands, at the Evergreen Inn Hotel, the lounge is haunted by people dressed in early 20th century clothing. Strange noises of pounding and footsteps have been heard. There have reports of a woman who has been seen in one of the rooms, she supposedly committed suicide at the hotel.
