1. Fairmount Park

2. Belgian Café
Located at the corner of 21st and Green, the Belgian Cafe is one of the many pet-friendly cafés in the area. They will serve your companion a refreshing bowl of water while you relax with a cold Belgian beer.
This Irish-inspired venue has all the classic eats that you’d expect from a pub. With outdoor seating, your dog can bask in the sun or cool off under the shade of an umbrella as he or she watches the hustle and bustle of people on Fairmount Ave. Bishop’s Collar is located at 2349 Fairmount Ave.
Enjoy “on draught” wine, craft beer and “new American” eats at these two spots located at 2301-2303 Fairmount Ave. Bring Fido too because he loves watching you drink.
Pet-friendly and eco-friendly, Mugshots boasts that they “use 100 percent wind energy through Clean Currents.” Don’t let the name fool you, however. Mugshots is more than just coffee. This dog-accommodating venue also offers pastries, sandwiches, bagels, soups and salads. Mugshots is located right near The Eastern State Penitentiary at 1925 Fairmount Ave.
