Whether you like it or not fall is coming and with it comes the return of school. I always dreaded August for this reason; however, going back to school is not all bad. The one thing I always looked forward to was the back to school shopping. Picking new notebooks, pens, and binders helped make the return easier and, of course, the one thing that always did the trick was the clothes shopping. Nothing was better than picking out that first day of school outfit. Even through college I looked forward to the new outfits I would plan for the first day of school.

When thinking about great stores to visit to find that perfect outfit five store came to mind. Below I listed why I like them and I even included outfit ideas with pricing for each of the stores.

Target- Target made the list because not only can you find a great outfit but you can also get pens, notebooks, binders and all sorts of other essential items all in the same place. I have recently been shopping at Target more because they always seem to have what I need. I recommend going to Target and just seeing what you find.

Wal-Mart- Wal-Mart is very similar to Target in that everything you need is in one convenient place. I love Wal-Mart for their great prices and lately their selection of clothing and accessories has become a lot broader making it easier for me to find what I like.

Old Navy-Initially my list of stores did not include this gem but after having a good shopping experience there I had to include it. I love that Old Navy has such great basics and since I’m truly a prep at heart and I love anything nautical I always find items that are just what I need. If you don’t normally shop at Old Navy you should try it you might be surprised.

Forever 21- A budget-friendly shopping list would not be complete without Forever 21. I really don’t have much to say about this store because all you have to do is visit it once and you’ll be sold.

H&M-And lastly I included a store that we don’t currently have in Jacksonville but its coming soon (finally)! I have been a fan of H&M for quite some time and to finally have it here in town will be amazing. Anyone whose shopped at H&M knows they have great pieces (can I get an amen) so I will be there a ton this fall and hopefully I’ll see some of you Jacksonville folks there.

Well, I hope that you guys got some good ideas for back to school outfits. And good luck in the new school year.
