Zumba

Zumba fitness is fun and it can help you to lose weight. There is no gimmick or quick fix. Zumba can replace your

regular routine of work out. It is dance and it is so much fun. If you continue to add this to your work out then you

will see results. Not all zumba is intense. The routines can vary . It is up to the individual to select intense zumba.

Mix it up variety is the key.

What is zumba? It is a Latin inspired dance class. The classes are from 60 to 90 minutes. The instructor will start with

a warm up. There are disco, hip hop and salsa music. Do not be intimidated. It is okay if you cannot do the moves,

just do the best you can and don’t worry about what you look like. Have fun.
