Well it was a great summer and I am sure that most of my readers enjoyed their outdoor activities and events. The summer time always provides great outdoor opportunities to get in better health. The writer himself enjoyed this summer season as well, going to picnics, Disney World and exercising outdoors. Now with fall and the winter season closing in everyone should consider a fitness and health check up with your doctor if you the reader have not done this already. What this fitness and health check is a kind of status check to see how much your physical health is improving. It does helps to have a clearer idea of what kind of physical health you the reader are really in. For example if a person is still not having success loosing weight, they may need to change something with regards to their fitness regimen or diet. This can be particular important because of the fall season where there may be less opportunity to engage in outdoor activities along with having to deal with those high calorie holidays.
In addition to having less opportunity to exercise in the fall and winter months, the next 3 months October, November and December are full of holidays that encourage over eating. These are essentially trap holidays that can derail you plans to get healthier. Don’t fall into poor eating habits, and stay disciplined, remember you are what you eat. Also, the fall months are full of air born viruses that can make sick such as the Flu and the common cold. The writer recommends getting a flu shot, the writer did and now before this virus becomes more present in his hometown, he will have built up his immune system. Get your blood pressure checked; remember high blood pressure is a silent killer, just because a person feels fine, they may still have elevated readings that could cause problems later on. Finally if you the reader are due for any health screenings because of age and or family history, better to have the tests done now for peace of mind and preventing future problems later. Remember some diseases can be prevented or treated more successfully with early intervention. This particular true with colon cancer, prostate cancer and some heart disease aliments such as clogged arteries. Remember to stay healthy during these holiday seasons. Next the writer will revisit some exercises that can be performed at home, when you are stuck inside because of bad weather. For more information please contact the writer through dadsonpowermode.com.
