RULE #6 All supplements aren't what they seem to be. You have to watch what you purchase on the market. Marketing companies are scamming consumers based on the popularity of ingredients exposed on television shows.

Most of these supplements have marked up prices with low dosages that aren't that effective to the body. Some may even contain harmful chemicals that may cause more complications, weight gain and even cancer. Just because you hear about something on television, radio or internet does not mean it’s in the best interest of your health. It's more of a marketing product along with companies trying to boost their sells.

Ever wonder why fit people are dying? Well, the reason is over consumption and bad supplements. Choose your supplements wisely. Never take too much of anything.
