If your trying to get in shape and create a healthier lifestyle there are many different things you can do to achieve this. One of the easier things to do is change what you drink during the day. There are so many sugary drinks out there that you want to avoid, this doesn't mean you have to stick to plain old water. You can add certain things to your water to make it taste yummy and keep you coming back for more!

It is recommended that you drink 8 glasses of water a day. However, it really depends on your weight and height for how much you should drink in a day. You can search the internet for a water intake calculator and figure out what's right for you!

If your trying to get healthy one of the first things you'll want to do is say goodbye to those sugary drinks like soda and juices. Some juices can be good for you, such as homemade juice that don't have any added sugars to them. You can drop pounds just by simply cutting out soda.

Flavor up your water by adding fruits to it. Here are some ideas of fruits and fruit combinations you can add to make your water more enjoyable.

First thing in the morning, drink a glass of warm water with lemons inside of it. This will help you feel better, regulate your system and make your skin glow! Don't be afraid to experiment with different fruits in your water. You might be surprised at what tastes good!
