The bizarre incident at Springs Country Club in California happened because members at the Mohave Desert club were displeased with the results of a board of directors election, according to a Feb. 20, 2013 report by Inquisitr.
The physical altercation began with a shouting match that soon erupted into fisticuffs. The shoving, punching and chair-throwing prompted one security guard to upholster his weapon. Fortunately the guard kept the weapon at the ready but did not fire into the rowdy crowd.
When fists, chairs fly at a country club meeting, you can expect injuries to occur. One person was hospitalized complaining of pain stemming from the incident and one person suffered a seizure during the brouhaha.
