Simple little bar neighborhood bar, Fishbonz has just enough to offer you. The libations at the bar are well worth your buck. The crowd and live music make it worth your while and it's a great place to go if you want to drink and dance with your friends. It's not elite or classy, but if your looking to have a good time it's the place for you. The vibe is wonderful and the people there are friendly so you have fun. Only complaint would be that they had a bigger dance floor! There is always so many people wanting to dance that you constantly have to excuse the bumps.
Live music is usually local bands or touring artists. Imzadi is a popular band that plays covers there often. They really know how to get the crowd alive. Dead Metal Society, Uninvited Guest and a few others as well. DJ's are also known to throw shows even mix with the live bands once in a while. A few popular DJ's constantly mixing there are DJ Oreo, DJ $wAy, just to name a few. You can also catch a DJ working the patio outside if you get tired of the band playing inside.
Fishbonz has great drink specials all the time. They have three bars, one by the stage, one as you come in, and the patio bar. Happy hour is all week long from 2:00pm-7:00pm and "Ladies Night" is on Wednesdays. That means no cover and free domestic longnecks ladies! Sorry fella's there's a $5 cover charge for you, but free poker. On Sundays you can come in and get $.25 longnecks too. This is a great place to hit up with friends if you heading out on the town.
