Movie fans in Scottsdale are waiting for the return of Hugh Jackman and his Wolverine to the big screen, and now they are being given a glimpse at the set for the film. On Wednesday, August 1, Caught on Set shared the first photos from the set for this "Wolverine" sequel. Check out the photos here. "Wolverine" has been met with delay and delay in production, but production on this film has finally started this week. Hugh Jackman announced the start of production and his excitement for it recently on his Twitter. He said the following, according to Digital Spy on Tuesday:
"We're on day 1 of shooting. Wolverine is back…feel so pumped about this one……never felt so ready!!!! will keep y'all posted!!!"
There isn't much out about this film yet, but MTV reported that fans could see Holocaust, otherwise known as Lt. Ethan Warren, in this film as a potential villain. An atomic bomb will go off near the start of the film as well.
Fans are buzzing about this film on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:
so stoked for the new #Wolverine film! be about a year away but gonna be worth the wait! @RealHughJackman as #Wolverine for the 6th time! :D
Scottsdale residents will be able to see this film at the Harkins Scottsdale Fashion Square 7 or at another local theater in the area once it is released in 2013.
