Members of the X-Men team join forces with their younger selves to fight a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in the X-Men: First Class (2011) sequel.
Professor Xavier (Patrick Stewart) instructs Logan, also known as Wolverine (Hugh Jackman), to find and convince the younger versions of Xavier (James McAvoy) and Magneto (Michael Fassbender) to work with their future selves, though he must travel back in time to do so.
The trailer also show glimpses of X-Men alumni Ian McKellen, Halle Berry, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, Nicholas Hoult, Lucas Till, and Daniel Cudmore, as well as new cast members that include Evan Peters as Quicksilver, Omar Sy as Bishop, and Game of Thrones star Peter Dinklage as Bolivar Trask.
Directed by Bryan Singer, X-Men: Days of Future Past hits theaters on May 23, 2014.
