Starting in September,  Tucson galleries and studios downtown will once again open their doors on the first Saturday from 6-9 PM. Most of the galleries have their opening receptions for their monthly exhibits that night as well. There is wine and snacks, music, and other entertainment provided. But the main attractions are the wonderful shows being presented. Galleries such as Conrad Wilde and Davis Dominguez are active participants and present new artists to Tucson on a regular basis. The First Saturday event is an excellent opportunity to view many of these shows at once. As the event has grown, so has the participants. Our gallery will be joining the event with our September show, "What Keeps Me Radicalized" with street artist Once5(Jeffrey Pena). We are excited to be a part of First Saturday and welcoming people to downtown Tucson. Whether you are looking for a nice night out on the town, or are seriously in search of some great art, the First Saturday event is the perfect opportunity.
