Movie fans in Scottsdale are waiting for the release of Riddick 3 to theaters, and now they are being a small glimpse at what to expect. On Friday, Slash Film shared the first photo from the set of the film featuring Vin Diesel. The photo first appeared on the actor's Facebook page. Check out the photo here.
The third Riddick has just entered production after the fi,m was plagued by a number of issues. For a time, it appeared this film would never be made. Just recently, there was a new addition to the cast for the film as well. Katee Sackhoff has been signed onto the cast, according to Crave Online. Fans of Battlestar Galactica will be familiar with this actress. In this film, she will play Dahl, who is a "Nordic mercenary." David Twohy will be back to direct this third installment.
Vin Diesel does have a full load on his plate as well. He is also starring the two upcoming sequels to in the Fast & Furious franchise. Fast & Furious 6 will be released in 2013.
