The Centara Grand Phratamnak Resort Pattaya is scheduled to open the first restaurant in Asia to be labeled with the name of the renowned Italian wine house of Ruffino.
The restaurant will be situated on the rooftop of this five-star hotel and will be named Ruffino Restaurant & Lounge. Both traditional and contemporary dishes will be served from the coast of Italy. The restaurant will also feature a large selection of international brands along with the Ruffino Italian wines.
The restaurant and wine lounge will be partially surrounded in glass and feature a new concept by offering guests with a fresh sea breeze atmosphere.
Other features will include a wine bar providing top quality wines with a kitchen showcasing a wood-fired oven and charcoal grill.
Located in Chianti, in the Tuscany region of Italy, Ruffino was first established in 1877 and has become one of the major wine exporters in Italy. The wines are produced to the company’s strict quality standards.
