The honors go to Claire's on Cedros in Solana Beach, California.
Why try Claire's on Cedros?
There are many reasons to frequent this fabulous restaurant (even besides their Platinum LEED certification). I love the wait! I arrive, place my name on the list, grab a cup of coffee and enjoy some sunshine on their patio while I wait 20 minutes or more (on average) for my table. It's a social place where I can chit chat with my party or meet new people. It's a quaint and cozy environment. Many items are made on their premises and some are even grown on the property. It's fresh and delicious. The beef is organic and grass-fed. They support local farms. It's time to eat a healthy and guilt-free meal.
This is a sustainable and successful business. Support them so other restaurants in San Diego will follow their example.
