First Night Charlotte

If you are looking for an alcohol free environment to celebrate New Year’s Eve, then First Night Charlotte is your answer! Before I was of drinking age, and even after I have attended many First Night festivals. It’s not just for kids, but is definitely something you can do with a family. If you have never been before, then this is the year to start!

Schedule:

Kids performances 3-7pm at ImaginOn, Levine Museum of the New South, City Market, and the Discovery place.

Adult activities 8-11:30pm at locations ranging from The Green, Wachovia Atrium, Mint Museum, to the Chamber Action Center.

Midnight Countdown 10pm-midnight at the main stage on Levine Avenue of the Arts St.

Wristbands are available $10 for adults, $5 for kids 7-12, kids 6 and under are free with an adult.
