We've seen Oliver (Stephen Amell) be quite ruthless when it comes to his own brand of justice in Starling City on The CW's Arrow, and we've certainly gotten a sense of both Moira (Susanna Thompson) and Malcolm's (John Barrowman) own senses of how far they'll go to protect themselves and their loved ones. But soon, that is trickling down to yet another offspring in Tommy Merlyn (Colin Donnell).
In "Dead To Rights" Oliver and Diggle (David Ramsey) learn that Deadshot (guest star Michael Rowe) is still alive and his next target is Malcolm. Naturally a time to strike would be at a gala, when Malcolm is being honored for his work within the city, right? But Malcolm has brought his son along to the benefit as a way of attempting to mend some fences, and of course Tommy gets caught in the crossfire and has to act-- and potentially fatally.
Meanwhile, Oliver struggles to balance his new relationship with McKenna (Janina Gavankar) and his duties as Arrow, and China White (Kelly Hu) has gotten a better wig.
Arrow airs on The CW on Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. "Dead to Rights" airs on February 27th 2013.
