Personally, we love it when the Winchester Brothers of The CW's Supernatural cross paths with those they have helped (or been helped by) before. We have been clamoring to see them bump into Missouri (Loretta Devine) pretty much ever since we said good-bye to her that season one episode. But in "Freaks and Geeks," Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) will encounter someone from their more recent past. It won't be the happiest of reunions, but it still should be a fun return for the fans.
As the boys are investigating some recent vampire kills, they are surprised to learn that Krissy Chambers (guest star Madison McLaughlin) is involved. They find Krissy and learn her father was killed and she’s been taken in by a man named Victor (guest star Adrian Hough), who has taken in a group of orphan kids to teach them how to hunt. Victor is helping the teenagers find the vampires who took their parents so they can get revenge. Sam is intrigued by Victor’s method of giving the teenagers a home life as well as a hunting life, but Dean is suspicious of Victor’s motives.
Does anyone else get vibes of Yellow Eyes' army of demon-children from this? Obviously these kids don't have special abilities, but they are being trained in much the same way...
Supernatural airs on The CW on Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. "Freaks and Geeks" airs on March 27 2013.
