The City Texture Pack, the next DLC for Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition, is slated for release later this week and is set to give players new urban-themed visuals for the game. The official website for Xbox Live Arcade announced on March 5 that the new add-on will become available for download starting this Friday.

Along with new block textures, the upcoming release also gives all iconic Minecraft monsters a full business professional makeover. The City Texture Pack places creepers in suits and zombies in tattered slacks and neckties. The first screenshots depicting the new business-themed attire which the various creatures of Minecraft will adorn in the upcoming texture pack were revealed on Wednesday via PlayXBLA and 4J Studios’ official Twitter account.

The City Texture Pack also provides fans with new in-game textures for the Xbox 360 version of Minecraft that are designed to allow for the better creation of modern urban architecture such as skyscrapers and construction zones.

Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition is available now as a digital download from Xbox Live. A PS3 version of the popular block-building title was also launched late last year. However, Minecraft: Playstation 3 Edition has yet to receive any texture pack releases.

In addition to the currently available console versions of Minecraft, 4J Studios is also developing next-gen editions of the game to release on Xbox One and PS4 in the future.
