First Look: 'Arrow' takes Felicity out of the office, introduces 'Dodger' & Roy (Photos)

Big things are happening on The CW's Arrow, including Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) finally getting out from behind a desk, Oliver (Stephen Amell) landing in bed with Laurel (Katie Cassidy)-- sort of, Thea (Willa Holland) meeting a new kind of bad boy (guest star Colton Haynes), and Moira (Susanna Thompson) working with China White (Kelly Hu)!?

It all starts in "Dodger," when Felicity tells Oliver he's all work and no play but ends up appearing to play a bit herself. Heading out on the town with Diggle (David Ramsey) in tow, it's all about getting involved in a very specific kind of mission.

"There is an art thief that steals a precious jewel, and [Felicity] tries to get Oliver to take him—to grab somebody who isn’t actually on the list. It’s something that Felicity has her paws in and says ‘This isn’t right. You can’t just stick to people on the list; there’s other people out there who are bad, too!’" Rickards told LA TV Insider Examiner over the phone earlier today.

Enter Dodger (guest star James Callis), who hits Starling City and targets someone very close to Oliver.

Felicity's influence will be swaying Oliver in both his "professional" (read: vigilante) ways, as well as personal, though, as he takes her comment about having more fun to heart and asks out Detective McKenna (guest star Janina Gavankar) on a date.

Arrow airs on The CW on Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. "Dodger" airs on February 20th 2013.
