First Left 4 Dead 2 review: better than the original?

The first review of the hotly-anticipated sequel to last year's best multiplayer game is here. Left 4 Dead II comes out tomorrow, but Official Xbox Magazine already has the scoop.

According to Metacritic, OXM gives L4D2 a score of 95/100

"An undisputable improvement over its predecessor in every way, and it steals its own crown as best co-op game on the Xbox. It's chainsaw-twirlingly good." [Holiday 2009, p.64]

While I'm currently playing L4D2, my (along with, it seems, almost everyone else's) review is under embargo. I'll have a write-up for you soon.
