Movie fans in Scottsdale are waiting to see Johnny Depp in Dark Shadows. On Tuesday, Celeb Buzz gave fans their first glimpse of Johnny Depp in the role of Barnabas Collins with the release of the first photos from the set of the film. Check out the photos here.
Dark Shadows has been a movie project that has long been in the works. Once again teaming up Depp with long time friend and director Tim Burton, the film has just recently started filming. The film features a cast that includes Michelle Pfeiffer, Helena Bonham Carter, Eva Green, Jackie Earle Haley, Jonny Lee Miller, Bella Heathcote, Chloe Moretz, and Gulliver McGrath.
This role in Dark Shadows is a role that Depp had wanted for a long time, but the film dealt with a number of delays. The film will now hit theaters in 2012. Before then, fans will see Depp on the big screen in The Rum Diary.
