Enjoy this First Friday, March 1st, 2013 at Boutique Solie, where you can enjoy the artwork of a local artist while shopping for the latest in locally made fashion all night at 10% off. As an added bonus, Boutique Solie has partnered up with Salon D'Shayn to provide guests with $20 blowouts, $10 manicures and pedicures.
The Boutique Solie event starts at 6pm and ends at 9pm at 1605 N. 7th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85007 (My Florist Center). The guest artist being featured is Tanina Jackson, who is known for her fashionable art with her company Babe & Butter.
There will be raffle prize giveaways from Custom Airbrush Tans, Olivastro and Salon D'Shayn.
About the Boutique Solie owner:
Beth Soliere opened Boutique Solie in 2010 initially in Scottsdale, Arizona. While she enjoyed the Scottsdale location she knew deep down that she wanted a location in Downtown Phoenix. When she found the My Florist Center, she knew it was an instant match. Beth lives and breath downtown Phoenix and strives to provide Phoenix with a fashion forward, fun shopping experience and is always doing research to bring in the latest styles, fun gifts and a variety of eco-friendly and vegan options. Boutique Solie also provides custom sunless tanning. Beth is very happy to be contributing to the growth of downtown Phoenix.
About the Salon D'Shayn owner:
D'Lisa Shayn is the waxer extraordinaire behind Salon D' Shayn with the second location just opened 2 short months ago at The My Florist Center at 7th Ave and McDowell Road. She studied at the Oregon Institute of Aesthetics over 10 years ago and got her start in Las Vegas. Phoenix has been her home on and off for 25 years and after moving back to the valley 9 years ago, she is here to stay. She opened her first location in Old Town Scottsdale almost 5 years ago, but is super jazzed to finally be downtown, where her heart lives! A lover of fashion and art, her salons showcase local artists and they are rotated to show a new one every 3 months. She has been voted Best Waxer in the Valley in 944 Magazine and AZ Magazine. Her new location offers skin care, waxing, nails, hair and men's barber services. The Phoenix location is having their Grand Opening Party on Saturday March 9th from 5:30 to 9 and is open to the public.
