It's impossible not to be excited for November if you're even a casual "Doctor Who" fan with the 50th anniversary special, "Day of the Doctor," and on Tuesday, Oct. 15, BBC America released the first images from the special.
"The Day of the Doctor" will premiere Saturday, Nov. 23, and for the first time ever, the series will be broadcast simultaneously to millions of viewers worldwide. That's right, fans in at least 75 countries will be able to watch the episode at the same time, so there's no reason to worry about spoilers if you can't stay off Twitter or the internet. Plus, there will be select 3D screenings in U.S. theaters.
The "Doctor Who" special will be 75 minutes long and star Matt Smith (11th Doctor), David Tennant (10th Doctor), Jenna Coleman (Clara), Billie Piper (Rose) and John Hurt, and the new photos in the slideshow offer a look at Smith, Tennant and Hurt in the TARDIS (isn't it so good to see Tennant in the TARDIS again?) as well as Coleman with Jemma Redgrave. Plus, check out which Doctor is hanging from the TARDIS!
