I knew I was always holding off buying RockBand for a reason...now my reason has come!
I enjoyed the latest slideshow "Additional views of Tuesday's Walk of Fame ceremony", thank you.
What a lame cover photo- this is a game about being in a rock band- the greatest band ever. They should have had a picture of the Beatles on stage, playing their instruments- Duh!
ok, I know its wrong, but i'm going to stereotype here for a second. Many, many gamers (especially the type of gamers who are into Rock Band and Guitar Hero) are very fond of drugs.
Therefore I think they should have used an mid-to-late period Beatles photo for the cover rather than a squeaky clean early Beatles image. I think that would have had more appeal.
I'm just kind of bummed that for $250 all we get is bass, drums, and mic w/ stand. $190 can get you a Rock Band 2 bundle with drums, guitar, and mic, why not throw in the extra guitar and make it a fair deal? Oh wait, I forgot the drums have a "classic pearl finish."
Think I'm gonna check the stock on gaming. Thanks, Steve.
I heard that when you play the drums during the game on Love Me Do, the game locks you out from playing drums ever again.
I kind of echo the sentiments here of Anonymous...not so much the drug stuff, but certainly this squeaky clean image...does this play to anyone under the age of 18 anymore? I'd have picked some still shot of their "live" version of "Revolution," or maybe the rooftop sessions. Even the "I Am The Walrus" pic of them in Magical Mystery Tour, in psychedelic outfits, in rock band poses.
Oh, well...what do we know?
Oh my #¤#"% grunka....here people are moaning and whining about the...picture??? Are you so obsessed with the coemetics of life that you can´t/won´t understand that what´s important is the MUSIC???
You guys need to wash your hair and grow up!!
This will be the greatest game ever made. I already ordered three copies.
