First cruise lawsuit is filed against Carnival (Video)

The first cruise lawsuit has been filed against Carnival and they already know that there are more to come. On Feb. 15, ABC News reported that the first lawsuit has already been filed.

Cassie Terry of Texas has filed the first lawsuit and she says that she was on a floating hell. She went on to talk about how they were given spoiled food after standing in long lines. She said that she felt sick while on the Carnival Triumph.

She knew that she wanted to file a lawsuit right away. Cassie contacted her husband while she was still on the boat and he got in touch with their lawyers for her. More lawsuits will probably be coming soon. They did give everyone on the boat a refund, $500, and credit for another cruise if they ever actually want to go again.

Carnival Cruise Lines has already canceled 12 cruises on the ship, but it could end up being more if it takes awhile to fix things. Would you ever step on a cruise ship again? Sound off in the comments.
