Despite winning another four years in office, Pres. Obama was unable to stop the very first bill introduced into the 113th Congress from attacking the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act per a Friday report from WebProNews.
The president can thank Republican congresswoman Michelle Bachmann for introducing bill H.R. 35, which she says would repeal Obamacare "in its entirety."
MyFOX8 stated that CNN contributor and Princeton University historian Julian Zelizer says this just proves that the president and Republicans in congress are still on bad terms and that it appears that "they are going to fight the president tooth and nail," despite his reelection.
The Affordable Care Act has been challenged as many as 30 times, and all efforts thus far have failed to repeal it.
