It’s that time of year again, or at least it will be soon. For those movers, shakers, and celebrities beach season never ends. For most of the rest of us it’s time to gear up for beach season. Time to go: to the tanning booth, hit the gym, hard and count micro-calories.

Many celebrities have trainers. This examiner thought it would be interesting to find tips of celebrities trainers just for you.

Celebrity beach body tips:

Kate Hudson’s trainer, Ashley Conrad, suggests that you eliminate all highly processed foods from your diet.

Jessica Biel’s trainer, Jason Walsh, says work your entire body out not just the problem areas.

Lauren Conrad, of The Hills, does intense circuit training several times a week.

Grant Roberts, who works out celebrities like Vanessa Hudgens, Clint Eastwood, and Hillary Swank, a healthy diet is the way to go.

Matthew Moccounaghey says the best way to have a great beach body is to move. Just stay active.
