Already missing San Francisco Beer Week? Not to fret, the first annual Silicon Valley Beer Week is coming this summer, from July 28th to August 3rd.
As this is the first year for this event, I'm not sure what to expect. However, it will be a good opportunity to travel to the South Bay and learn more about their craft breweries if you haven't done so already.
Their website explains that we can expect seminars, tap takeovers, food pairings, and more. As of now, only Gordon Biersch and Rock Bottom Brewery are participating in the beery celebration, however, you can expect more to sign up soon.
While SF Beer Week took a lot out of me, I'm certainly not complaining about another local celebration of beer...especially one in the summer.
