The 1st annual Indy Health Expo will be held this weekend at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. The two-day event will offer “over 200 of Greater Indianapolis’ finest health, beauty and fitness professionals, products, services and information for you and your family,” according to the official webpage.
The goal of the Indy Health Expo is “to inspire and encourage individuals to embrace a life of health, beauty, wellness and fitness through awareness of the wide array of health and fitness products and services, natural and alternative solutions, advanced medicine research, education, nutrition, exercise and lifelong benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.”
Over 25 seminars and demonstrations are scheduled during the event, including a presentation by Dr. James Sears, the nationally known pediatrician from the show “The Doctors.” Heart screenings, flu shots, tests and more will also be available over the course of the event.

Lisa, the map is easy. Put your address in at Google maps. Once you have your result, click where it says LINK in the upper right corner of the screen. A box will drop down with the code to embed the map. There is also the option to customize it further, if needed.
Dr. Sears has been traveling quite a bit lately- I know he was just in Houston, too. :)
