There’s a good chance you’ve been to a beer fest before and if you attended Pittsburgh Craft Beer Week 2013 you might have been to Releash the Firkins, but what about firkins, frankfurters, farmers food and fall seasonals?
Tomorrow you’ll have the chance to experience something truly unique.
From live polka music to the stein hoist competition, octoBREWfest will showcase cask conditioned beers as well as pumpkin, German and other seasonal craft beers. The fest will also feature fresh and local farmer’s food and other delicious food samples from local food vendors.
Along with local restaurants and The Sprouted Table, a farm-to-table event business, 10 or more local farmers will participate at octoBREWfest. The organizers of octoBREWfest partnered with The 30 Mile Meal to source local farmers to sell and sample their foods and produce. Expect to see Field Fresh Farm, Pancake Maples, Conkle Family Farms, Dandelion Lane Farm, Her Primitive Ways, Countryside Farm Market and The Way Nature Intended showcased at the octoBREWfest Farmer’s Market.
Tickets only $58 now! Tickets $65 at the door! Go to http://octobrewfest.com to order tickets and find out about hotel discounts.
