Firedrinker Satyr is one of the newest "Theros" spoilers revealed today Sept. 12, 2013 from Wizards of the Coast's upcoming expert "Magic: The Gathering" expansion set in an article by Jacob Van Lunen on DailyMTG.com. Firedrinker Satyr is a Jackal Pup that can be pumped for a price.This rare red creature joins Rakdos Cackler as another two powered creature for just one red mana.

Whenever Firedrinker Satyr is dealt damage, it deals that much damage to you.
1R: Firedrinker Satyr gets +1/+0 until end of turn and deals 1 damage to you.
Attending a satry revel requires a high tolerance for pain.
In the right deck Firedrinker Satyr's drawback can be mitigated by being supported with burn spells such as Lightning Strike or Magma Jet and removal like Hero's Downfall and Dreadbore. Adding black allows you to run 12 creatures with a power of two when you throw in a playset of Tormented Hero. You'll also gain access to other powerful creatures like Hellhole Flailer, Exava, Rakdos Blood Witch, and Master of Cruelties.
Regardless of what other color you're running alongside red, Ogre Battledriver can help ensure that when you draw a lategame Firedrinker Satyr it's an immediate threat. Legion Loyalist is one card in particular that pairs well with Firedrinker Satyr, granting all your creatures first strike and trample when its battalion ability triggers. Speaking of battalion, Firefist Striker can help ensure your opponent's biggest defender can't block Firedrinker Satyr while Firemane Avenger shoots down smaller creatures while flying overhead. Should you decide to go down the Boros route, one absolute must play removal card alongside Firedrinker Satyr is Chained to the Rocks. We'd be foolish not to recommend Boros Reckoner as well.
