‘Finding Bigfoot’: Cliff Barackman plays pat-a-cake with Australian Yowie

When Cliff Barackman, Bigfoot expert from “Finding Bigfoot”, set off with the team to investigate Yowie, Australia’s version of Bigfoot, he didn’t know how close he would come to one. In this week’s episode, which aired on Dec. 30, Cliff got a rare chance to interact with a Yowie.

During a nighttime investigation, Cliff decided to try out techniques used in hunting American Bigfoots. He clapped his hands and waited for a response. To his delight, an identical clap returned from Australian rainforest. When he repeated the clapping to rule our coincidence, he was surprised to hear not one, but two sets of responses from the nearby woods.

According to Cliff, when he clapped, one Yowie responded and then a second Yowie slightly further away responded too. Although receiving a response from one Bigfoot or Yowie is always exciting, receiving two responses from separate creatures was an unusual treat.

Combined with uprooting trees and Bobo’s talking Yowies, this experience led Cliff Barackman to claim this was the best evidence produced in a single investigation.
