Hinsdale blesses each of the chef-driven meals at Snap Kitchen to ensure they’re perfectly portioned and nutritionally vetted. She also oversees nutrition / wellness education and recipe analysis for Snap Kitchen’s menu items for all 11 locations in Texas.

The first part of the series focuses on “Our Current State,” which highlights the cost of obesity and offers proof that a “lifestyle change” really works. Follow up chapters to the series will be released later this year, and will cover some of the more widely recognized lifestyle programs such as the Mediterranean Diet and Vegetarianism. Hinsdale’s goal is to break down each diet and highlight pros/cons, so that individuals may ﬁnd components of each that work for them. According to Hinsdale, “there’s not one program that works for everybody, so the following diet reviews will help you ﬁnd the best way to adopt and implement new, healthy habits that will last a lifetime.”
