The app isn’t new, as a matter of fact, it has been around since the year old Google Play Store was called Android Market, but as of yesterday, they made available a long overdue refresh to the UI that increases the usability tenfold. From the home screen with its multi-colored tiles directing you to different sections of the app, the new easy to read sans-serif font, and clean white background, it’s evident that it was designed with ease of use in mind. It’s basically everything the old version wasn’t in that regard.
The app is divided into four main sections, those being:
Upcoming Events- a general list of all the upcoming wine events listed in chronological order
Featured-a list of some higher-profile events they are promoting
Ticket Deals-Groupon style discounts for a few upcoming events
Weekend Juice-A list of just the events coming up this weekend
