Tadka Indian Restaurant was recently highlighted for their authentic Indian food. People sometimes associate Indian food with curry and strong smelling spices. However, Tadka Indian Restaurant boasts both authenticity and quality with an upscale atmosphere.
The menu was conceptualized with world renowned chef, J.P. Singh. Owner, Niral Patel, was quoted by the Naperville Sun by saying Singh cooked for royalty and presidents for many years and put their menu together.
Patel was also quoted by saying, “This is the best place in all of Chicago to experience Indian food. We opened Tadka because we felt like the Indian food in this area was very mediocre and definitely not what you can find in India. Ours is steps ahead of all the others and is very authentic and delicious.”
With its upscale atmosphere and décor Tadka is the perfect venue for birthday and anniversary parties. However, it is relaxed enough to go to on a regular weekday meal.
