Chaminade Resort & Spa hosts the final Farm to Table Dinner of the season on Friday, October 11, 2013 from 6 – 10 p.m. The season finale features wines from the Summit to Sea wineries, including Burrell School Vineyards, Dancing Creek and Loma Prieta Winery.
The dinner price of $80 (plus tax and gratuity) includes a five-course dinner, endless local wine, farm goodie bag plus unsurpassed views of the Santa Cruz Mountains and Monterey Bay. Reservations required. Call 831.475.5600
Dine with farmers and winemakers
A reception with the wines of the Summit to Sea Wineries, along with butler-passed hors d’oeurves takes place at 6:00 p.m. followed by a full dinner on the scenic Sunset Terrace patio at 6:30. Guests are seated at large, beautifully set tables designed to invite open conversations.
Field to Feast and Route 1 Farms are the featured participating farms. These seasonal dinners offer a feast of the senses not only for fresh, local ingredients elegantly presented by Chef Beverlie and Executive Sous Chef, Kirsten Ponza but for the unparalleled view.
