Tetsuya Nomura has compared the upcoming PS4 and Xbox One video game, “Final Fantasy XV,” to the previous installments of the series. According to a report by the Official Playstation Asia Blog on Oct. 23, the game director stated in a video that the character will be able to “move around the entire screen” due to the capabilities of the two next-generation systems.
Tetsuya Nomura is confident that “Final Fantasy XV” will provide a “high-quality system of action.” The latest mainline entry to the “Final Fantasy” series is the first title where players have direct control of the main playable character in battle sequences. The game director also mentioned that the party system is “more advanced” compare to the previous video games. Its high-quality system of action feature is unparalleled in the series, and based on the spec of next generation console, the character will move around the entire screen. “Final Fantasy XV” is the first mainline entry from the series to be directed by Tetsuya Nomura, who mainly worked as the character designer in the previous titles.
